In addition to her role at AIT, Lauren is an Executive Advisor to Deloitte working with a range of global companies on their most pressing diversity issues. Formerly the President of the global think tank Center for Talent Innovation and Founding Partner at Hewlett Chivée Partners LLC, she has tirelessly advocated for women’s leadership as a driver of economic growth and opportunity.
Courtney is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of All In Together. Formerly a Vice President at the Center for Talent Innovation (CTI), Emerson advised Fortune 500 companies on the design and delivery of talent-based initiatives to advance diverse talent and create more inclusive corporate cultures. While at CTI, she designed and led Levers to Leadership, the Center's proprietary women's leadership program.Â
